Mr. Cooper's intellectual property law experience includes patent prosecution and litigation. He also has twelve years of industry experience in electrical engineering.


Technical emphasis: digital signal processing, digital rights management, cryptography, digital circuit obfuscation, control and communication systems, consumer electronics, digital signal processing, computer hardware and software engineering.
