Dr. Wood's intellectual property law experience includes patent prosecution and litigation experience. He also has seven years of biological research experience.


Technical emphasis: chemistry, biotechnology and medical devices, including therapeutic agents and regimens, as well as diagnostic methodologies, sensors and assay systems.


Registrations: California State Bar; U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.


Affiliations: American Intellectual Property Law Association; Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association; and Southern California Biomedical Council.
